Process: A elm trunk relic that I retrieved from an artisan from the deep part of Sweden. The idea of the trunk is that the human will do anything to make the the unwanted to be wanted or disappear. My take on that is to try two materials that really don't like each other, hot iron and wood. My father showed me how to melt steel for tool making, and I used the same method to fill the cavities in the log.
